High performance top coats provide durability and longevity for facilities.  They are great to use in areas with high traffic and where chemicals, oils or other substances may come in contact with the floor. In this particular facility, we started by grinding the floor and applying two coats of epoxy primer.  We then completed the process by applying a top coat of a chemical resistant urethane.  This will be an easy floor to clean and maintain for years to come.
